Das tausendjährige Landhaus Can Xargay ist ein typisch katalanisches Bauernhaus mit Charme, das im 11. Jahrhundert im Dorf Mata gebaut wurde, nur 2 km vom Banyoles-See, 15 km vom Naturpark des Vulkangebiets La Garrotxa, 35 km von den Stränden der Costa Brava, 25 km vom Flughafen Girona-Costa Brava und 115 km von der Stadt Barcelona entfernt.
Geschäfte, Discounter (Aldi, Lidl...) und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und man gelangt vom Haus aus zu Fuß dorthin.
Das ganze Haus wird zusammen vermietet (komplettes Landhaus), und zwar für eine Gruppe von 10/20 Personen. Es verfügt über 8 Doppelzimmer, von denen eins behindertengerecht ist, 6 komplette Badezimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, DVD-Player und Klimaanlage, einen Leseraum, einen großen Kamin, einen Spielraum und einen großen Eingangsbereich. Garten mit Schaukeln, überdachter Terrasse mit Grill und Gartenmöbel.
Privater Pool mit Wassermassagebank, der nur von den Gästen benutzt wird.

Die ideale Lage des Hauses bietet eine Vielzahl von Wandermöglichkeiten oder Ausflügen mit dem Rad in die Umgebung des Sees und dessen Umgebung, die zur Sehenswürdigkeit der Natur erklärt wurde. Wenn man es vorzieht, kann man in der Provinz Girona die unterschiedlichsten Ausflüge unternehmen, da sich das Landhaus in der Mitte der Verwaltungsbezirke der Provinz Girona befindet.
