This luxurious first floor apartment, built April 2005, is situated on the 5* Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort, located between Oliva and Denia. With its excellent beach location, climate and an abundance of recreational activities, it is ideal for a golfing, beach relaxation, summer or winter sun break. Situated approximately an hours drive south of Valencia and an hours drive north of Alicante, the resort is convenient to both international airports, which are now served by many budget airlines.
This is a stylishly furnished apartment and includes many useful facilities (see list below). It comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room & 1 twin room. A further bathroom has bath & shower. The large Lounge also has an L-shaped sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons if required. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen and a smart dining area for 6. For alfresco dining there is also a private sun terrace with patio furniture, which is also ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the golf and mountain views.
The apartment has a tranquil setting with a backdrop of orange groves and picturesque mountain villages, and boasts an enviable, unobstructed view from the terrace of the 12th green / 13th tee of the 18-hole championship golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Green fees start from as little as 45 euros at limited times, to 75 euros. Deals are available at various green fee websites.
Besides the golf course, there is a 25 bay practice range, and a 5-hole, par 3 practice course. The Golf School has a team of multi-lingual professionals who can provide video assisted teachings and offer practical tuition to all levels. The Spanish professionals internal tournament is played annually at Oliva Nova with most Spanish PGA professionals attending.

Within a few metres of the apartment is the garden and private large butterfly-shaped swimming pool, with separate childrens pool, which are rarely busy even in high season. It is a secure gated area making it safe for families with young children. The blue flag beach and sand dunes are only a 10-15 minute walk, and the fine, white sand stretches for miles. The sea gently shelves and is ideal for children.
The Hotel Spa has a gym, in-door heated pool with whirlpool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Beauty treatment centre. The Hotel has a further large outdoor pool, with a neighbouring snack bar, restaurant, barbeque area and kids club in high season. There are also aquatic sports, tennis and cycle hire available. The resort also houses a childrens play area, restaurants, bars,shops, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers, and a laundrette. Nearby there are also an equestrian centre, go-karting, quad bikes, fishing, diving, a magnificent marjal and Vergel safari park. Several theme parks are also nearby: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water theme park, Mundomar marine & animal park, & Desafio medieval theme park.
Oliva is 6 km away (a 5-minute drive north) with museums, churches and monuments reflecting its rich Moorish & Roman history. There are over 300 restaurants & bars from the town centre to the beach, with Market day on a Friday.
The shopping town of Gandia is a 13km (10 minute) drive north, with avenues of smart boutiques and cafes. A direct train also runs from Gandia to Valencia in under an hour, enabling a visit to marvel at the architecture, sample the nightlife, shop or watch a football match at the Mestalla stadium.
A 10-15 minute drive south to Denia, again uncovers many shops, bars, and restaurants. It has a castle, beach and harbour, with frequent boat trips to the Balearic Isles.
Car hire is essential to make the most of the excellent location.

Keys will be posted to you prior to holiday, for you to post back to us after the holiday. However, if you wish to have someone meet you with keys a 20 euro tariff will be applied.
