Cui Bono is an authentic beachside mansion with a wrap around pool and multiple terraces that offers accommodation for 14 people and a once in a life time holiday experience!!.

There is nothing ordinary about this beach front property. First because it sweeps down to the beach and the sea. It is a fusion of luxury combined with the smells and sounds of the blue Mediterranean. This is simply a unique holiday home and the great news is that it has just been renovated with no expense spared. So we have a huge villa that offers no less than 7 bedrooms that all have independent air-conditioning, and five of which have private terraces that overlook the famous Cap Roig beach. The bedrooms are many and luxurious. The master bedroom has a separate vestuary and wardrobe area, a large ensuite bathroom and a kingsize bed and vanity table. It has separate access to a private terrace with designated patio furniture. There are three other bedrooms on this level, two of which enjoy access to their own terrace with separate patio suites of furniture. These bedrooms share two large and luxurious bathrooms. There is a fifth bedroom which is located to the rear of this property with private bathropm. Another unique feature of the property is that that it has two chalet bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that are independent from the main house. They naturally and have independent climate control but it means they afford a special privacy and independence for couples or teenage children that would really appreciate that added touch of freedom.

The main house has a split level dining and open plan lounge area leading onto an enormous terrace with amazing sea-views. The expansive dining area and table has seating for fourteen people on moulded leather chairs and is separated from the lower lounge by a glass balustrade. This formidable dining area is located beside a state of the art kitchen which features a 9 square square metre granite kitchen island, top of the range appliances such as rapid induction hob, a special triple filtered water system to deliver perfect drinking water through out the house and a handy in fridge cooler that gives easy access to often needed items such as a cool beer or a coke. Leading off to the rear of the kitchen is the fifth bedroom and ensuite bathroom which may be used as accommodation a nanny or can serve as a bedroom for two young and energetic children. Incidentally the villa is cleaned from top to bottom every Wednesday free of charge. However there is a final cleaning charge of €200. The lounge itself is an open plan expanse with multi language digital channels and a 60 inch flat screen TV, leather wrap around sofas and french doors that lead onto an extravagant sixty square metres terrace with not just views of the sea but the smell of an ocean wafting in the air. It is conceived as a sit around space with two double L-shaped sofas and a generous coffee table for pre-dinner cocktails and chat.

But that is not all.

The house has a special safe for your valuables and all of the shutters are automatic. Just press a button. The pool has a child alarm to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy this wonderful space in the knowledge and the little ones are protected. It wraps around the lower terrace that is liberally dotted with sun lounges and the buddha grotto. It overlooks the beach that is just twenty metres away and as a pool, is simply fabulous. Seventy square metres of perfect blue water suspended above the Mediterranean. Yet despite the proximity, the mature gardens ensures the utmost privacy and comfort that gives you the ultimate choice. You can remain in the luxurious privacy of Cui Bono or exit the grounds and find yourself on the most beautiful beach inn the area. If that already did not make for a holiday to remember, one of the best 'Chiringuitos' or beach bars/restaurants in the area is located on the beach. Ask for the 'almejas' or cockles in the la 'salsa marinera' and get ready for the gourmet experience of a life time. All in all, this is a unique holiday mansion in a unique location and if you think about it, with a sleeping capacity of 14 people, it is not expensive compared to the unique holiday experience and memories it will leave you with. There is shaded parking for three vehicles and overall parking for two vehicles more.

Then we get onto to L’Ampolla. Well it is famous through-out Spain for its sea-food dishes and is a well known gourmet destination. It hosts a gypsy market every Wednesday morning where you can find anything from a conga drum to an Arabic tapestry, from smoked traditional hams to wonderful country olives. It also has a summer camp for kids every day during the summer from 10 to 1 and 4 to 7. For the adventurous, there is boat hire and fishing, a gym to work out, bicycle hire to cycle into the delta, a municipal swimming pool with the mountains as back-drop, tennis courts, a summer season night-club and lots of sandy beaches where beach volley ball and sun tans are the order of the day.

Tarragona is the capital of the area and has a Roman amphitheatre as well as a thriving cultural metropolis.

The Costa Daurada coastline has a wonderful mixture of mountains sweeping down to the coastline, bays and inlets featuring sandy beaches and a climate that does not get oppressively hot in the summer and is temperate and mild during the Winter.

For the adventurous, there is boat hire and fishing, a gym to work out, bicycle hire to cycle into the delta, a municipal swimming pool with the mountains as back-drop, tennis courts, a summer season night-club and lots of sandy beaches where beach volley ball and sun tans are the order of the day.

Tortosa is the regional capital , a Medieval town of striking beauty, dominated by the Parador or old Castle that overlooks the historic old centre and an excellent shopping destination.
