The villa is located very close to the lovely sandy beaches and rocky coast line of Javea (Xabia). It is orientated South and is built in the typical Ibiza style and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.
The villa is recently fully renovated (2014). The kitchen is modern with all the amenities you would expect including fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The kitchen is separated from the living/dining by a small bar with storage area. In here, you'll find some board games for the little ones and books to read, take and replace.
In the living/dining area, you'll find a dining table with 6 chairs. The living area is modern with comfortable sofa and 2 lounge chairs and provided with 32" HD LED TV (Satellite) and a Home Cinema System with more than 100 DVD movies. There is WIFI (Internet), Air conditioning and central heating.
2 bedrooms with very comfortable double beds and built-in wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have Air conditioning and central heating.
2 beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers, vanities and toilets(WC).
The villa's raised position means that the tastefully furnished and shaded Naya overlooks the pool, summer kitchen, al fresco dining terrace, garden and offers stunning views over the greens of the Parc de la Granadella.
The Naya has a dining set to enjoy the early morning breakfasts. It has also a lounge sofa set which is perfect to relax in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine and some tapas.
The family pool, approx.9x5 metre with under water lighting for those relaxing evening dips. 2 Sun beds are provided and has an outdoor shower unit. The pool area is a fully furnished living area with an outdoor summer kitchen, BBQ, dining table for 6 and a toilet(WC).
The very large mature Mediterranean garden with many local plants like pine trees, cactus etc. is nice for a stroll. It has a "Jeux des Boules" pitch (Petanque). There are 2 covered private car parking areas and has 2 automatic gates.
Within short distance you will find Parc de la Granadella, Cap de la Nau, Cala de la Barracadel Portitxol and more fantastic hiking trails.
Another fun daytrip would be the short drives towards Moraira, Denia or take the ferry boat to Ibiza...
Within 3 kilometers you'll find Platja de l'Arenal. A beautiful setting with sandy beach is kept clean and includes volleyball courts and a children play area. The main attraction, apart from the sandy beach, is the wide pedestrian promenade which has a large variety of restaurants together with bars and shops. Some of the restaurants are award winning and a "must try". In the summer months, this promenade also includes an open air market, every night which is a great attraction.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy within the area from a variety of beach and sea activities like jet skies, go karting, mountain walks, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing and many more. Or you can visit the exciting "Aqualandia water park" or the entertaining "Mundomar water park" with its superb "Dolphin Show" and the fabulous "Terra Mitica" which is one of Europese largest Family Theme Park. Javea is a coastal town situated on the east coast of mid-Spain in the district of Valencia. The town has both Moorish and Roman connections and has grown from the original town on the hill beneath Mount Montgo (the local landmark). Javea Old Town is situated in the centre of Javea, with the main church and old covered market as its focal points. The Old Town has been refurbished in recent years and includes pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops. You can see some of the old City walls within the pavement. Close to the centre are small streets in which you will find a number of banks, the main post office and on Thursdays there is a town market which occupies the main car park to the north of the Old Town.
To the far end of the Port is the main marina which also includes a thriving commercial fishing centre. To the frontage of the port, adjacent to the pebble beach, are further pedestrian areas and many restaurants and shops for exploring.
Or explore the Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show.
