The marina at Puerto de la Duquesa is a 5 minute drive, and the trendy night-life of Puerto Banus and Marbella is 20 minutes away. Here you will find an ideal balance of relaxed living with easy access to every imaginable amenity.

You are surrounded by things to do at La Perla. In the area of Manilva you will find extensive uncrowded beaches that boast the blue flag of Europe. The village itself with its old Roman ruins is a classic example of Andelucian antiquity. Stroll along the beach to the village of Sabinillas - now upscale and modern with fine dining establishments. Stop off at a beach bar along the way. Stroll further down to Puerto De La Duquesa and Duquesa marina. Here you will find restaurants, bars and cafes. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include, French, Italian, Chinese , Indian, Thai, and of course Spanish with with its fresh local fish. Banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, hairdressers, gymnasium, marine facilities with boats to rent, and live music There is an enjoyable but restrained night-life here. There are pleasant day trips to Gibralter (30 minutes) Granada, or Seville (2.5 hours) and a ferry ride to Morroco will give you a peek into Africa and ancient Moorish culture.
