The town of Santa Pola is located in a privileged location, just 17 km from Alicante and 10 minutes from airport. It is an ideal place to relax, walk, shop in stores from the town center, but also for water sports and enjoy the nightlife of the seaside pubs site.
Playa Lisa is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant stay in both summer and winter site. In summer you can enjoy a magnificent sun for 14 hours a day, stroll by the sea early in the morning and take a refreshing dip at the beach; at sunset it can take an ice cream sitting on a terrace by the sea, then a grilled fish dinner in one of its typical bars and go for a walk along the promenade. In winter it is a very quiet, ideal to relax and enjoy its mild Mediterranean climate zone; dates are perfect to enjoy the sunsets while walking barefoot along the shore.
In the vicinity of Santa Pola there are great opportunities for tourism. Elche is 13 km, which UNESCO declared the palm grove of Elche World Heritage Site in 2000, and UNESCO declared the Misteri d' Elx Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in 2001. Alicante, the capital of the province, is just 17 km, with a wide range of tourist. Tabarca, the Valencian coast the largest and the only inhabited declared a Marine Reserve since 1986, is a haven for both flora and for fauna.
The location of our apartment is great, just steps from the beach. Enjoy fabulous views of the beach and harbor in a rocking chair on the terrace of the apartment. There is a bus stop to the town center to the very feet of the apartment, but you can also walk in less than 15 minutes. 10 minutes is also the bus stop Elche and Alicante. If you have children, a 5 minutes drive from the leisure park Pola Park, perfect for children between 2 and 15 years. It has bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, pubs and restaurants just opposite the apartment.
The apartment has three bedrooms, a living-dining room, a large terrace overlooking the beach, a kitchen with utility room and bathroom. All rooms are sunny and exterior. In the basement of the building also has a covered parking. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms has a double bed each one. The other bedroom have a twin beds. Baby cots are available if needed. The living room is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs, wifi, 32" TV and DVD; you can enjoy views of the beach while eating or lounging on the couch of the living room. The terrace is very spacious and has fabulous views of the beach, the fishing harbor and promenade; has deck furniture with table and chairs for breakfast or dinner while enjoying the tranquility of the view. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has a fridge, small hob and gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink and cabinets. In the gallery there is a utility room, a washing machine and hot water heater. The bathroom has also been recently renovated and has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. You do not need air conditioning because their orientation and location provide a pleasant temperature inside the apartment.
