Part of a secure gated community with shared pool & overlooking the Bonalba championship golf course. The resort also has a central clubhouse with restaurant, beach pool, gymnasium & spa (additional charge). Several shops and bars are also located on the resort. Golfers will particularly enjoy the "Green 19" pub, which is a short walk from the property. The nearest Hypermarket is only 3km away.
The house has marbled floors throughout, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the main (entrance) level. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share an ample family bathroom, with the third master bedroom boasting an en-suite with shower/bath/WC. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The two bedrooms overlooking the golf course also have small balconies. A twin sofa bed is provided in the lounge on the lower floor.
An impressive spiral staircase takes you to the sun terrace above, and the spacious lounge/diner and walk-out patio below. Free Wifi, Cable TV and DVD player are provided, and there is patio furniture for those wishing to take breakfast in the warmth of the morning sun, or dinner as the sun goes down - turning the surrounding Bonalba mountains pink.
A fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, utility space, and a third washroom are off the main living area.
The beach at El Campello (I have included a few photos of El Campello here but check it out on the web) is a short 4km drive or cycle, where you will also find the beachfront promenade with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The region offers a variety of attractions to suit all tastes. Golf has already been mentioned and is on-site, as are fitness and spa treatments. In addition, the historic port & city of Alicante is only 15 mins away by car or taxi and offers a delightful promenade with artisan market, ancient winding city streets with restaurants, bars and cafes to discover. Alicante also has many festivals throughout the year, so whenever you stay there will be something to take your interest.
Going slightly further afield, Benidorm is just 25 mins by car and is one of the areas biggest tourist attractions with its excellent beaches, water park, shopping, historic town centre and nightlife.
A trip to the region of Valencia would not be complete without visiting the city itself. The ancient sea port and city of Valencia is approx. 1.5hrs by car and a very easy drive via the AP-7 motorway. Many tours are available to take in the blend of old & new architecture.
