This penthouse is situated in Block 10 at Los Naranjos in a quiet location directly overlooking and enjoying breathtaking views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with the mountains in the distance, and superb sunsets of the Sierra Espuna mountains as a backdrop. This Penthouse has truly stunning uninterrupted views, perfect to wind down after a great round of golf.
The property is fully equipped with brand new modern appliances and is in excellent condition. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The indoor space is 68,4 sqm and the terrace is 18 sqm big.
The modern American style open-plan kitchen is equipped with Spanish granite counters and high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats four comfortably but has an extending table to seat six if required. The living area has a recliner sofa, a 42" flat screen TV, DVD-player, WIFI and a A/C unit.
In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a double bed (if needed can be separated into 2 single beds). In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units. Bed linen and towels are provided for, however, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.
On the terrace overlooking the golf course, Condado de Alhama, Al Kasar as well as the mountains, there is a built in BBQ, outdoor furniture and 2 sunbeds. The outdoor dining area seats four. This south-west facing property has a retractable awning to provide with shade in the summer if needed.

|Anmerkungen:||The compulsory 65 EUR cleaning charge includes before arrival and after departure cleaning, and is to be paid in cash to our keyholder upon arrival at the Resort. Arrivals and departures outside normal business hours (12am and 7pm) will be charged at 10€ per hour wait time. |
There is an additional charge for A/C electricity only. There will be a10€ credit on the A/C meter on your arrival. Our key holder provides electricity cards which are 10€ each. 10€ should cover a 5-7 day stay. Additional card can be purchased from my key holder if needed. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc! I am not entirely comfortable with this charge but hope it will encourage sensible use i.e. not leaving A/C on all day when unoccupied.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Welcome packs are available for 25€. Welcome packs consist of the following items; Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Bacon, Cornflakes, Milk, Tea, Orange Juice, Water, Wine or Beer.
