The property has a large sliding door leading to private parking for up to 4 cars to one side of the house. There is a large swimming pool (12m x 4m) with a shallow section for non-swimmers. The gardens have mature trees and shrubs.
There is a covered patio which stretches the width of the property and is ideal for al fresco dining. The main entrance to the property leads into the large airy living/dining area. The property is fully air conditioned with hot and cold vents in every room. There is satellite tv with english, spanish and french programmes. The front of the property has patio doors which look out over the garden and pool area. From the dining area you pass into the kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave etc and also has an extra small dining area. There is a doorway leading onto the side terrace and back garden which has a children's play area.
From the kitchen you pass the utility room where you can find the washing machine. There is also a separate shower.
The master bedroom is a very large double bedded room which comes with a dressing area and large fitted wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 is a large double room with fitted wardrobes and dual aspect.
Bedroom 3 is also a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
The 3rd large bathroom comprises bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
In the hallway there is a staircase leading to a large air conditioned mezzanine floor where the 4th bedroom can be found. The room has a triple aspect. Also on this floor is access to the roof terrace which has stunning views of the surrounding area and mountains.
Smoking is not permitted within this villa however there are no restrictions outside. Linen and towels are provided.
There are plenty of places to walk locally but we would recommend you hire a car to enable you to visit some of the beautiful locations in the surrounding areas.
Although the villa is in a tranquil location you only have a short drive to the picturesque village of Busot which has a mini-market, local shops, bars and restaurants. Also in Busot you have the Cuevas de Canelobre (Candelabra Caves) (well worth a visit).
For the golfers there are no less than three 18 hole golf courses, the closest being Bonalba Golf which is only a 3 minutes drive away. As well as the golf there is Bonalba Spa where you can pamper yourself with everything from a workout in the gymnasium; a relaxing sauna or steam, or beauty treatments. Also on site is a hairdressers, an indoor swimming pool or a wonderful outdoor water park. There are many places to eat whether it be at the Bonalba Hotel, the Golf Clubhouse or at one of the various restaurants on site.
The larger town of El Campello is a 10 minute drive away. There are miles of beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets etc. There is also a market on Wednesdays.
Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and has lots for you to do, including visiting the Santa Barbera castle and going to Tabarca island which was once inhabited by pirates!
Take a visit to Villajoyosa where the famous spanish Valor chocolate is made. You can take a trip around the factory and then sample the chocolate!
If you go to Benidorm (which has 6kms of some of the best beaches in Europe)you have Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura animal reserve, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar Sea life centre which are great for all the family. For nightlife you can enjoy a fun-filled medieval night jousting with knights or even go to Benidorm Palace which is a fantastic dinner and cabaret. Other great places to visit are Elche, Guadalest, Calpe, Fonts de Algar waterfalls and Polop to name but a few.
Please note master bedroom is large enough to facilitate an extra bed if required.
