The lift takes you to the 7th floor at the top of this building. You are in a spacious (80 square meters) three bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse.
Close to the beach and every amenity this is a perfect penthouse for a memorable holiday. It is in a good location with communal parking, you could quite easily enjoy this holiday without a car.; everything you need is within walking distance. The car park for the building is on a first come first served basis. Parking is possible in July and August, but sometimes not easy because it is so busy.
Available all year round for either long or short term let. The block is well managed, visitor friendly and very secure throughout
The penthouse ideal for families with young children as well as couples, golfers and fun seekers. The communal swimming pool is clean and well managed.
This penthouse has been fully refurbished in spring 2012 including UPVC windows, two new bathrooms and a refurbished kitchen. It is very clean and has been decorated to a high standard.
The furniture is comfortable and practical with a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated in a well established community. The building is 20 years old, but thanks to a great ‘community’ and a ‘world class’ Portero, the building is immaculate, secure and in excellent condition.
The communal car park is on a ‘first come’ basis, if not you can park outside.
The penthouse sleeps 6 comfortably. The main bedroom is spacious and gives mountain views when laying in bed! It has a refurbished ‘en suite bathroom’ with a bath and shower. The two double bedrooms each have two single beds and share the second bathroom, newly tiled and refurbished with a walk in shower.
If you are not a ‘early riser’ the roller blinds on all of the bedroom windows allow you to start the day when you want and total darkness when you want to sleep.
South facing balcony approx 6ft X 17ft boasts some great mountain, sea, castle and golf ‘glimpses’ with constant sunshine, and canopies to allow shade if you so require.
The penthouse also has a full TV satellite package with numerous channels, music centre and plenty more for your relaxation and entertainment. A friendly well run secure and comfortable holiday for all.
The Owner is a keen golfer, member of the nearest golf club and can provide clubs and extra golf bags (where two golfers fly with two lots of clubs in one bag) as needed.
Just 360 meters from the seafront, a short walk to the town, zoo, Myramar shopping centre and everything you could want on a holiday, just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport.
Good fast Internet connection with wifi. Parking is first come first served and difficult in July and August.
