Can Portuvil, surrounded by 100.000m2 terraced land with olive trees in a lovely location overlooking the valley of Sóller, the Tramuntana to the bay of Puerto de Sóller.

This country house, in the mountains of the Sóller valley, is on two floors and with an additional large basement where the laundry room is situated.

On entrance level, there are three bedrooms with antique however, modernized Majorcan double beds, all adjusted to European high standards, air-conditioning, and with bathrooms en-suite. one of the bedrooms is like a junior suite. On this floor is also the fully equipped, luxury design kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, and next to it an old style kitchen with yet another dishwasher and a second fridge/freezer. On this floor is also a film studio with the possibility to have conferences and 1 more bathroom.

The second floor is in an ultra modern and exclusive design, all air-conditioned with two large and airy bedrooms, one with an adjoining, furnished terrace, and both with extra large double beds. Between the two bedrooms is a spacious, special design bathroom where each bedroom has its own entrance to the separate wash-basin areas, and separate areas for the WC´s. There is a walk-in shower, which is to be shared.

On this floor is also the comfortable TV-room, opening on to the pool area, which is on a large, tiled terrass with sunbeds and an additional roof shaded area. The panoramic views of the mountains, the town of Sóller and part of the Port of Sóller, is breathtaking!

Within a 5 minute drive, you are in the square of Sóller, and in 5 more minutes, at the beach in Puerto de Sóller. Closeby villages are Fornalutx and Biniaraix, where the famous Barranc walk starts.

To get to the house you follow an impressive private driveway, and once at the house, there is plenty of parking space.
