Villa Gerd has excellent access, only 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria.

The location and access to this Villa with a private pool and El Monte de los Almendros is very easy as they are found close to the National Road N-340, which connects Malaga with Almeria. This Villa with a private pool is 2,5 km to Salobreña and 10,5 km to Almuñecar (Granada), the most preferred village on La Costa Tropical by tourists.

Nestling on a hillside, this Villa for rent with a private pool is found in the very heart of 'El Monte de los Almendros', facing the community area which boasts two swimming pools, a tennis court and some swings.

There are two bedrooms which share a complete bathroom. One has a double bed, a closet and air conditioning, with views to the Community Area and The Mediterranean Sea. The bathroom is composed of toilet and shower.

The pool lighting allows us to enjoy this wonderful pool during the nighttime, at the same time, we gaze at the breathtaking scenary of Salobreña.

Once upstairs, you will find a fully equipped floor, with independent kitchen and living room. Thanks to its wide terraces, you will fully enjoy the sunsets and sunrises of this thousand-year-old lands. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. One has double bed, whereas the other has twin beds. In addition, at the level of this floor, there is a direct entrance through a gate situated in the Street El Granado, where there is also a parking spot for guests.
